Technical Description

VPS504 is a compact valve monitoring system for Dungs multi-adjustment equipment. The valve detection system complies with the requirements of EN1643:
- Within the allowable working pressure range. The operation of the monitoring system is not affected by pre-pressure. Detection volume ≤ 41
- No field adjustment required
-Short detection time: minimum 10 seconds, maximum 26 seconds
-A signal light indicates whether the seal is sealed or not
- Series S02, Series S04 and Series S05 have the possibility of external fault display
- For series S01, optional cumulative fault display (SSM)
-Suitable for TRD equipment
- The mains connection of the series S01S02S03 can be realized through the socket. No rearrangement of wires is required if the wiring diagram complies with DIN 4791
-Series S04 and S05 power supplies are connected via cable glands PG135 and bolt clamps.

 

FUNCTION
VPS504 works according to the principle of force composition. The program kicks in when there is a heat demand. The detection is carried out in sequence according to the working process of the burner:
- Test before starting the burner, or
- Detection during pre-ventilation time, or
-Test after the burner is switched off
