The DUNGS Multi-Function Regulator MBC...SE combines filter, valve and servo regulator in one compact unit: - Dust collection device: fine filter - 2 solenoid valves up to 360 mbar (36 kPa) according to DIN EN 161 Class A, category 2 equipment, quick opening - Servo pressure regulators according to DIN EN 88 Class A category 2 equipment - Output pressure: 0 - 300 mbar (0 - 30 kPa) - The output pressure can be precisely adjusted - Extremely stable output pressure - Flange with pipe thread to ISO 7/1 or NPT - easy installation - light weight Modular construction enables individual solutions with valve detection systems, min/max pressure monitors, pressure limiters. Even with a small pressure difference, a large flow rate can be achieved.

 

FUNCTION
gas flow
1. When valves V1 and V2 are closed, chamber a is under input pressure.
2. The minimum pressure monitor (option) is connected to chamber a through the air hole. When the input pressure exceeds the rated value set on the pressure monitor, it will be connected to the gas automatic combustion control device. 3. After the gas automatic combustion control device sends the opening signal, the valves V1 and V2 are opened, and the gas flow can freely pass through the chambers a and b.
