OVERVIEW

    The ES-Series ratio regulators are used in applications where gas to air proportional flow is required. The gas flow is controlled as a function of the air pressure through a loading line which connects into the top of the regulator. As the system air pressure increases, it forces the ratio regulator valve to open causing the outlet pressure to increase until the two pressures balance. As the load line pressure increases, the ratio of the outlet pressure to the load line pressure will be slightly less than 1:1. The ratio regulators have a bias adjustment for varying the gas flow when setting the burner at low fire. It can be used to increase or decrease the gas flow resulting in gas rich or lean combustion. The adjustment is restricted in the gas rich direction therefore limiting the gas flow at zero air pressure. Ratio Regulators are control valves only and cannot be used as gas shut-off valves.

Gas solenoid valve installation using precautions:
1, when installation should choose smaller horizontal vibration period of advisable, (the following installation allows 90 degrees, more than DN65 allows only horizontal installation.

2, the parameters of the electromagnetic valve nameplate shall be consistent with the actual use requirement.

3, the electromagnetic with the arrow on the valve body shall be consistent with the medium flow direction.

4, in order to guarantee the normal use of electromagnetic valve, please add special gas filter in front of the valve.

5, this valve itself has no explosion proof performance.

6, before installation, please thoroughly purge piping, in order to avoid foreign object damage cause electromagnetic valve diaphragm failure.

7, such as installing the outdoor and harsh environments should be tested for the corresponding effective protection.

8, when the electromagnetic valve failure, in order to timely isolation and convenience of maintenance, installation of a bypass (bypass) device is recommended.

9, if the valve opening and closing failure in use, can check whether the coil is power; The use of power supply and medium pressure is normal.

10, the electromagnetic valve not installed, can be stored in 0 ~ 40 ºC, environment temperature of indoor relative humidity of 80% or less non-corrosive gases, are not allowed in open air.
