Installation information
• Ignition devices are safety devices; tampering with them will void any warranty and liability;
• The system is designed to remain in the operating position for less than 24 hours (non-permanent operating system).
• Reaching this limit will cause a regulation stop to enable the device to control its own efficiency;
• Only connect and disconnect the device when there is no voltage;
• Check that the type, times and code are the information provided before installing or replacing the device;
• The installation in which the devices are installed must provide suitable protection against the risk of electric shock (at least IP20).
• The remote release button must be installed close to the system in such a way that it is visible during the release.
The burner is in fully automatic operating mode; the burner is activated when the main switch and the control panel switch are closed. When the main switch is closed, if the thermostats are closed, current flows to the control and control device that starts the burner.
The fan motor must be on to ensure pre-ventilation of the combustion chamber. The ignition motor is then activated and the gas valve is opened after 2 seconds.
The flame is ignited after the ignition phase, when the ignition transformer is deactivated by the control device, and this phase is completed.
If there is no flame, the equipment has entered the "emergency lockout" state within 3 seconds after the main valve ignites the first flame.
In the "safety lockout" state, the valves are immediately closed again. To remove the device from the safety position, it is necessary to press the red button on the equipment.
• Check that the supply line and gas lines comply with current regulations and laws.
• Check that all gas connections are leak-proof.
• Do not leave the equipment running when not in use and always keep the gas valve closed.
• Close the main valve that supplies gas to the burner when the user is away for a while.
• If you notice the smell of gas:
- Do not interfere with electrical switches, telephones or other objects that can cause sparks;
- Open doors and windows immediately to create air currents that will clean the air in the room;
- Close the gas valve; - Have the fault rectified by qualified professional personnel.
• Do not block the ventilation openings in rooms where gas-fuelled appliances are located, otherwise dangerous situations may occur due to the formation of toxic and explosive mixtures. RESIDUAL RISKS • Although the product has been meticulously designed in accordance with binding standards and rules, residual risks may exist in correct use.
