Original Siemens Flame Detector QRA53.G27 For Burner Special Photocell Flame Sensor Detector
Summary:Siemens automatic combustion furnace special ultraviolet flame detector,,,, for monitoring the flame of gas and oil used to monitor the flame of gas and oil. . . . QRA... and this data sheet are intended for use by original equipment manufacturers ((((OEM)))) who use QRA... in their products.
Function:
In this monitoring mode, the UV radiation generated by the gas and fuel flames forms the flame signal. The radiation detector is a UV-sensitive chamber with 2 electrodes that passes radiation in the wavelength range 190...270 nm. The shot ignites, creating a current in the flame detector circuit. The UV chamber does not respond to post-heated refractory bricks or sunlight in the combustion chamber.
Use:
The flame detector is used to monitor gas flames, yellow/blue fuel flames, and to control ignition sparks.
Warning notice
To avoid personal injury, property damage and environmental damage, the following warning notices must be observed! Do not open, interfere with or modify the flame detector!
• All activities (installation, assembly and service work, etc.) are to be carried out by professionals
• Fully isolate the equipment from mains (all two stages disconnected) before making any wiring changes in the detector's connection area.
• Provide adequate protection to connection terminals from electrical shock.
• Check to make sure the wiring is properly connected.
• Halogen lamps, welding equipment, special lamps, or ignition sparks may generate enough radiation to cause the detector's UV Unit is lit. X-rays and gamma rays can also cause false flame signals.
• A fall or impact can affect the safety function. Such detector units do not work, even though they appear to be No damage at all. Installation Precautions
