Introduction to Gas Infrared Burner

The working principle of the gas infrared burner produced by our company is: the gas/air mixing design makes the gas and air fully mixed, the mixed gas enters the inner cavity of the burner shell, and after distribution and diversion, it is evenly distributed from the heat storage body. Burning in the hole makes the regenerator glow red, store heat, and release heat in the form of radiating infrared rays.

Infrared and far infrared drying principle:

Infrared and far infrared dryers are a method of drying using radiation heat transfer. The electromagnetic waves generated by the infrared or far-infrared radiators propagate in a straight line at the speed of light to the material to be dried. When the wavelength matches the absorption wavelength of the material to be dried, the molecules in the material vibrate strongly, and intense friction occurs inside the material to generate heat to achieve the purpose of drying.
