Description:
Aluminium pressure regulator with built-in filter, to EN 88-2. Max. inlet pressure 1 bar. Max. outlet pressure 450 mbar. Closure control. Suitable for manufactured gas, natural gas, liquefied petroleum gas (LPG), non-aggressive gas and air. Operating temperature range: -15÷60°C.
 

Installation:
When installing a pressure regulating valve, the diaphragm should be in a horizontal position (on a horizontal pipeline). Be sure to install in the direction of the arrow on the pressure regulating valve that shows the direction of airflow. Suitable tools are required for pressure regulating valves installed inside or outside the pipeline.

Do not pry the bushing when installing the pressure regulating valve. If the pressure regulating valve contains a filter, it is best to install the pressure regulating valve at a suitable position from the ground to facilitate the cleaning of the filter. (Always configure a suitable filter upstream of the pressure regulating valve.) Ensure that the pipeline is straight and clean to avoid pressure on the pressure regulating valve. Do not remove the outlet hole cap (3) of the membrane or block the outlet hole. Otherwise, the pressure regulating valve will stop working.
When installing a pressure regulating valve, avoid installing it on an unstable foundation. Ensure the suitability of the pressure regulating valve.

Equipped with compensation film, working film, safety film: No need to install an external vent outlet pipe, as the dual safety protection film ensures that in the event of a cracked working film, gas will not leak outside and exceed 30 dm ³/ H (in accordance with IV.3.2. UNI-EN88 standard).

Maintain:

There is no limit to any special maintenance of the pressure regulating valve. In case of any occasional failure, it is recommended to send it back to the factory for general maintenance and testing. To clean the overspeed governor, just remove the cover (9) and replace the over-core (7). At the same time, replace the gasket (8) of the filter cover every time. After replacement, check and make sure that the gas will not leak from the cover. All installation and maintenance must be operated by professionals.
