Use:

The flame detector is used to monitor gas flames, yellow/blue fuel flames, and to control ignition sparks.

 

 

 

Function:

In this monitoring mode, the UV radiation generated by the gas and fuel flames forms the flame signal. The radiation detector is a UV-sensitive chamber with 2 electrodes that passes radiation in the wavelength range 190...270 nm. The shot ignites, creating a current in the flame detector circuit. The UV chamber does not respond to post-heated refractory bricks or sunlight in the combustion chamber.

 

Debugging Instructions:

The detector ignites within each half-wave only when the intensity of the UV radiation at the location where the detector is installed is sufficiently high, starting from This ensures trouble-free operation of the burner. Ultraviolet radiation intensity control at the detector installation location by measuring the detector electrical Stream implementation.
