Precautions for installation and use of gas solenoid valve:
1. When installing, it is appropriate to choose a horizontal pipeline section with less vibration. Below DN50, 90-degree installation is allowed, and above DN65, only horizontal installation is allowed.
2. The parameters on the nameplate of the solenoid valve should be consistent with the actual use requirements
3. The arrow on the solenoid valve body should be consistent with the flow direction of the medium
4. In order to ensure the normal use of the solenoid valve, please install a special gas filter in front of the valve
5. Please thoroughly purge the pipeline before installation to avoid foreign matter damage to the diaphragm and cause the solenoid valve to fail.
6. Corresponding effective protection should be done if it is installed outdoors and in harsh environments
7. When the solenoid valve fails, in order to isolate in time and facilitate maintenance, it is recommended to install a bypass (bypass) device
8. If the valve fails to open and close when using the clock, it can be stored in a room with an ambient temperature of 0~40°C and a relative humidity of ≤80% without corrosive gas. It is not allowed to store in the open air.
