Basic Introduction:
It is a linear burner, and the linear gas nozzle design makes the heat energy very evenly distributed in the hot air system; High proportion of stepless fire power adjustment and energy saving can achieve the effect of precise temperature control, rapid heating and energy saving. It is a high-efficiency air-heated fully automatic gas burner, a new type of burner designed to generate a large amount of hot air in industrial processes. Using multiple air and gas mixed combustion methods, the combustion is complete and energy (gas) is saved, which is not comparable to ordinary gun-type burners. A complete combustion fan is installed behind the steel casing of the burner. By supplying the proper air volume and air pressure, when the flow velocity in the air duct varies within a wide range, the fan can run stably without installing a flow plate around the burner.

Working Principle :
After the power supply system is turned on, the gas and air pressures are detected synchronously, and the combustion-supporting fan starts and purges the furnace for 30 seconds. After all passes normally, the ignition transformer discharges at the set time, and the main safety solenoid valve and the mother fire solenoid valve are turned on. The gas enters the nozzle from the main fire pipeline. When it encounters the ignition electrode discharges an open flame, the gas is ignited and fully mixed with the air. The flame detection rod or ultraviolet photocell detects the flame signal stably. After the ignition is successful, the main gas valve is opened, and the burner enters normal working condition.
After the burner enters the normal working state, the PID adjustment mode is adopted after detecting the temperature of the oven, and the flow rate of the gas is adjusted by the proportional motor to realize the control of the temperature of the oven. The safety system has been tracking and monitoring the flame signal, gas pressure, and combustion air pressure signal. If the flame is extinguished in the middle or the gas pressure does not meet the specified value, it will automatically cut off the gas supply and give an alarm. After the burner alarms, it will not automatically re-ignite and must be manually reset and checked. Only after the cause of the failure is identified and cleared, a new round of ignition procedures can be entered, and the new round of ignition procedures will repeat the entire ignition process to ensure the maximum safety of personnel and equipment.
